The conditions for cancellation and prepayment change depending on the selected rate.

Payment

It is possible to pay cash, bank transfer or credit cards Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Moneta, Union Pay, JCB card are accepted.

No deposit is required at the time of booking, to complete the reservation you must provide all credit card details as a guarantee without any withdrawal. The payment of the room is due upon arrival time on the property.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of reservation up to 7 days (local time) from check-in date, no penalty will be applied. For cancellations from 6 days to 48 hours from the date of check-in, a penalty will be charged equal to the cost of the first night * and within 48 hours will be charged a penalty equal to the full amount of the stay.

No-shows or early departures will incur a penalty equal to the totality amount due for the stay.

Valid for stays up to 7 nights. For stays longer than 7 nights there’s a penalty of 30%.
